On June 25th, 2008 the British Royal Air Force (RAF) Aerobatic Team, the Red Arrows, fly over South Beach in Staten Island, New York. The air show performance was their first-ever aerial display in New York City, and part of a larger North American goodwill tour for the Red Arrows.
