Post Holiday Pumpkin Surprise

Over the past few weeks my wife and I have noticed our pumpkins were getting gnawed away, a little more each day. Of course we were glad to put them to good use instead of throwing them away, but we weren't sure if it was caused by a cat, raccoon, or a squirrel.

Sunday morning, I opened the curtain as I was about to head out the door, and saw this little guy on our deck! We watched quietly as he went about his meal. He was pretty plump, and I'm glad we could help it out before the winter comes. I plan on taking the other pumpkins and putting them in the garden. Maybe they can have a post holiday feast.
