The Pumpkin Patch at f1.8

Here are a few early morning photos shot wide open with the Canon 85mm f1.8. With the crop factor of 1.6, the effective focal length is actually 136mm. This extra distance was a great way to eliminate any distracting background elements and capture the colors of the season. I just may have to cue up "It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown." I hope you're able to explore your neighborhood with the camera this time of year. Enjoy.
